Refund Policy

 We do not usually issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances for which we feel a refund is merited on a case by case basis.

In cases where we deemed a refund is merited we may issue a refund in the form of site credit.

If any dissatisfaction arises as a result of a user's experience with an independent model who uses the site software to host video chat rooms a refund will be considered in the form of site credit that can be used with other performers. The amount of the compensation depends on the specific situation and is determined by the administration of the site following a full investigation.
